Use Tools | Personalization | Symbol Directories to choose which folders should be listed in the Symbol Browser and from which you will be able to add custom symbols into your drawings.
The Symbol Browser supports symbol files of the following formats:
Use Remote Stardraw Symbols: when checked the Symbol Browser will show symbols from Stardraw libraries hosted on the Cloud. Requires an Internet connection.
