By default the Cursor toolbar is displayed vertically on the right side of your screen. It allows you to select any of the primary cursors and like all the other toolbars it can be moved, re-sized and docked around the screen.
If the Cursor Toolbar is not displayed, make sure that its box is checked when you select Toolbars... from the View menu.
