By default the 2D Tools toolbar is displayed vertically
on the right side of your screen. It allows you to select any of the drawing
tools and like all the other toolbars it can be moved, re-sized and docked

If this toolbar is not visible, select Toolbars... from the View menu and make sure that its box is checked in the Toolbar dialog.
Click on any of the tool buttons to see further help for that tool.
