The Edit Node Cursor can be used to change the start and end angles of arcs. When you have drawn a circle or ellipse (see Circle Arc Tool) the Edit Node Cursor allows you to drag the start point of the arc, always initially at 3 o’clock, to a different position, effectively making it possible to turn your full circle into a partial arc.
